Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to their appointment. Any less than 24 hours, contact Nailed By C directly to talk about canceling or rescheduling. A $15 non refundable deposit for most services is required to hold your appointment that will go to the total of your service.
When canceling less than 24 hours, a fee of 50% of the booked service will be charged to the card on file. If a client is later than 15 minutes, I may not be able to accommodate you and 50% of the service will be charged. In the event of no shows, 100% of the booked service will be charged to the card on file.
I will do my very best to accommodate when scheduling in the future. In the case of true emergencies, we will discuss fees and future services. Thank you 💗
